This is the Father of All M--F--’N dark roasts. Created by Billie Joe Armstrong himself, because when it comes to his coffee, “just dark” ain’t dark enough. This is the darkest of the dark, yet shockingly smooth. We roast long and slow, instead of at full heat, to get that rich flavor without burning the beans (cause who the hell wants burnt beans?!). The result is a dark cup of joe that will kick your ass and soothe your soul.

Bought if for my husband for Father's Day to try out as he is very picky with his coffee and he loved it! He actually said it was the best he's had. We drink our coffee black and it is just so smooth with beautiful chocolate notes... so divine! 10/10
Shockingly Smooth is TRUTH
Waking up in the morning is still difficult, even more so after thirty years of life and the ever-timely arrival of mankind’s second-greatest achievement, Daylight Savings Time. The first greatest achievement would have to be this coffee, and it really mitigates that whole morning thing. Usually when you’re looking at product copy, you have to assume there’s some embellishment. I knew I trusted the source (obviously), but wasn’t totally prepared for how accurate the description is. Delicious? Yes. Smooth? Yes. Superior roast? Yes. Elegant and delectable aroma? Yes. New daily ritual? YES YES YES. The Father of All… Dark Roasts is truly the father of us all.

I got the dark roast and the zipper hoodie for my birthday. I am very pleased with this purchase! The coffee is a superlative bean. I tasted it black in order to truly enjoy every pinch on my "cheek and gums; all night long" You dig? Good Times! Grab a bag. You will be satisfied.

So I use to a die hard fan of that big name Seattle coffee brand......but since tasting this everything has changed I have used this in my.pour over coffee maker and the flavors are beyond smooth and distinctive. I have tried other roasts here and they all are shocking my favorite.....I even got a coffee.grinder just so I can make everything from cold brews to lattes.....I can not say anything bad LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!☕️

I'm kind of a coffee snob after drinking hot and iced coffee for 45 years, but I'm loyal to none and prefer to try different beans from different places. However, I've been stuck on Father of All Dark Roasts for 6 months and don't intend to sway. The quality of the beans is consistent with every bag and the flavor is equal from the first cup to the tenth of the day! I found Oakland Coffee from a promotion on a phone app and didn't realize this is the brainchild of the guys of Green Day. Now, this boomer is enjoying great coffee and feeling a bit the hipster listening to a long-time favorite band.
