DAMN GOOD COFFEE
YOU CAN BREW THE ULTIMATE CUP OF COFFEE
Seriously, great tasting coffee really gets you going. It wakes you up first thing in the morning. Gives you that extra boost in the afternoon. Powers you through long nights. We source and roast our beans to give a full, bold taste without being bitter or acidic. So whatever you’re into - pour-overs, drip, or an indulgent espresso drink - we fine-tune our roasts to give you exactly what you want. The best damn cup of coffee, in your own home.
Great roasts don’t just happen. For nearly two decades we’ve worked on blends and single origin coffees with as rich a flavor as possible without being perceptively bitter or acidic. Look closely and you’ll see the roasted beans in our coffee blends are different colors. Don’t panic. Beans from each source have their own distinct characteristics and we roast them separately. Once they reach their optimal roasts, they’re combined to create our final blend.
FARMS & COMMUNITIES
Great beans are grown by great farmers. Our partners practice organic, sustainable farming that maximizes the quality of the beans without harming the land. These techniques support native wildlife, keep harmful pesticides out of waterways, and maintain soil health. Every bean is hand-picked and chosen at the perfect point of ripeness.
Know What's In Your Coffee
We exclusively source and roast organic certified, high-quality coffee from small farms and cooperatives. Our beans are certified organic by CCOF. Organic farming helps protect the farmers, the environment, and you!
We believe that respecting farmers is critical to a sustainable cup of coffee. All of the beans we source meet rigorous, fair price standards designed to support farmers and their communities. We pay honest prices for our beans, regardless of market trends.
ALWAYS BOLD, NEVER BITTER
We have worked to create a big, bold, flavorful cup of coffee without an acidic or bitter taste. Because of this unique flavor profile, our blends and single origins are well-suited for french press, pour over, espresso, and other popular brewing methods.
